Once you place a Sapseedi order, the t-shirt is freshly printed for you in the size and colour of your choosing. It is, literally, ‘made for you’. How cool is that?!

That means returns are accepted only if:

• you received the wrong size* [for example, you ordered size M and received size L]
• you received the wrong colour [for example, you ordered golden yellow and received maroon]
• there’s a design printing error [this rarely happens, but never say never, right?!]

To return the t-shirt and seek a refund, simply e-mail us a few pictures that capture the said mismatch—in case of a size issue, use a measuring tape to highlight the size difference—and the original packaging within four days of receiving the product. 

We will have a reverse pick-up arranged at no extra cost. Please retain the original packaging!

The refund will be initiated as soon as the tee reaches us and is deemed fit for a ‘dressing-down’ (get it?🤭). This could take roughly 7-10 days. 

*Heads-up! A minor difference of ±0.5 inches is standard for apparel products and is not eligible for returns or refunds.
